Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:

Shipping prices are subject to change. We will do our best to provide the most convenient and reliable shipping services, at the most affordable price.

Currently we offer:

Domestic: All orders within the USA are shipped free of charge, except for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping prices will vary depending on the customers location, the selected delivery speed, and package size.

International: International orders over $1,000 are shipped for free priority shipping. Otherwise our rates will vary depending on the customers location, the selected delivery speed, and package size.

General Returns:

Effective Pet Wellness is happy to accept returns of undamaged and unopened merchandise purchased from our website within fourteen (14) days of purchase. A refund will be issued for the cost of the product (minus a 10% restocking fee) to your original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was a mistake made by Effective Pet Wellness.

To return an item please write us an email at info@effectivepetwellness.com, and include your order number and the reason for your return.

If you receive an incorrect item please notify us immediately, by sending an email to info@effectivepetwellness.com (include our order number). Once we confirm the mistake, we will compensate you for the return shipping (through a discount on your next purchase), and will ship your correct item immediately upon receipt of the returned goods.

Custom Order Returns:

Unfortunately, all custom orders (custom care plan products) are non refundable. Typically the products and kits used in custom care orders are created specifically for your animals situation. Therefore we do not typically stock these items, most of which are manufactured on a need basis.

Damaged Items:

Effective Pet Wellness insures all of its orders made to customers. If your package arrives damaged, please do not open the package. Instead please photograph the package condition, notify us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the mishandling issues.
